Save on Restylane and Dysport at Southern Plastic Surgery!
With age, more lines and wrinkles start appearing on your face. Don’t worry because we’ve got great deals to help smooth those furrows. February 1st through March 31st, 2012, you can take advantage of Dysport® and Restylane® rebates for a non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatment.
In order to save $50 on your Dysport® treatment, all you have to do is sign up online to become a member (www.dysportusa.com), complete the rebate redemption form (online or provided by Dr. David Whiteman), and mail in the completed form along with your itemized receipt within 30 days of receiving treatment. An alternative to Botox®, Dysport® is injected between the eyes and along the forehead to relax muscles that cause wrinkles.
If you are also concerned with hollowed cheeks and wrinkles around the mouth, you can also save on the Restylane® family of injectables February 1st through March 31st, as well. Save $40 per milliliter on Restylane® or Restylane-L® with a 2 mL minimum, 9 mL maximum limit for Restylane® and a 2 mL minimum, 6 mL maximum limit for Restylane-L®. Newly approved by the FDA for lip enhancement in those ages 21 and over, these savings include up to 1.5 mL per lip. For those deeper wrinkles be sure to take advantage of saving $50 per mL of Perlane® or Perlane-L® with a minimum 1 mL and maximum 6 mL purchase. All you have to do to receive this mail-in rebate is schedule you treatment between February 1st and March 31st and send in the Restylane® redemption form (must be postmarked prior to April 30th, 2012). You must also include the product box (with hologram) and your itemized receipt (they do not accept credit card receipts).

Remember Dysport® can be combined with the facial fillers Restylane® and Perlane® for an overall facial rejuvenation. Southern Plastic Surgery Radiesse® Special
