I will guide you through your gradual journey to improved health by promoting a healthy active lifestyle, achieving weight loss and weight management goals, providing eating techniques, identifying obstacles and managing time and stress. We will celebrate your successes and encourage you during your plateaus and valleys. Losing weight is harder when you are alone and can often be difficult and frustrating but we are here to offer support, challenge you, provide accountability and keep you focused and motivated.

I offer a sustainable program with someone who cares to help guide you to your goal! Taking what I learned along with past experiences, I can teach you how to make a lifestyle change. As a Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Specialist, I’ll help you every step of the way.

Lifestyle Weight Management Plans Include:

4 Week Plan ($125)

This plan is one of the most popular plans otherwise known as “Talk Off The Pounds” which is our quick start program. Ideal for the person that has a minimum of 10-15 pounds to lose. This is a 4 session personalized program designed to help you make healthy lifestyle behavior changes. Includes:

  • One hour initial comprehensive intake session face to face or via telephone
  • Weekly  30 to 45 minute telephone coaching session
  • E-mail coaching
  • Motivational text messages
  • Customized / Personal Fitness Plan

8 Week Plan ($220)

This plan allows the client more time to actively put into place a healthy lifestyle behavior change.  The program is customized to your needs.

  • One hour initial comprehensive intake session face to face or via telephone
  • Eight 30-45 minute coaching sessions
  • E-mail coaching
  • Motivational text messages
  • Customized / Personal Fitness Plan
  • 1 follow up call in the first 30 days after coaching concludes

12 Week Plan ($325)

The ultimate package is designed to help you achieve long lasting health and wellness. We improve and review extensively your eating habits, assess your level of physical activity and have weekly meetings face to face or via telephone until you develop better habits as a lifestyle change. It has been proven most clients receive a greater success from a 3 month commitment.

  • Initial one hour comprehensive information and coaching session
  • Weekly 30-45 minute coaching sessions for 12 weeks face to face or via phone.
  • Comprehensive nutritional analysis
  • E-mail coaching
  • Motivational text messages
  • Customized / Personal Fitness Plan
  • 1 follow up call in the first 30 days after coaching concludes
