Cheers from everyone here at Southern Plastic Surgery. 2017 feels like it came and went in a flash. It’s certainly been a great been a great year at Southern Plastic Surgery and our Laser Lights Cosmetic Laser Center and we all have a lot to be thankful for. The last year brought us some great times like our recent Holiday Open House celebration, many new patients, and plenty of opportunity to provide outstanding aesthetic results with cosmetic surgery and many nonsurgical cosmetic treatments. 2018 offers us a new year of possibilities and experiences we can’t wait to discover.

Happy-New-Year-from-Dr.-Whiteman-&-the-Whole-Southern-Plastic-Surgery-Family!But before we officially make the transition into the new year, let’s take a moment to look back on 2017 and all the things we are most proud of:

Southern Plastic Surgery and Laser Lights Cosmetic Laser Center have come closer than ever to achieving our shared goal of providing the metro Atlanta area with the finest surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments available. Acting as two centers with one specific purpose, Southern Plastic Surgery and Laser Lights embrace the opportunity to provide all our patients with the world class treatment, professionalism, and discretion they deserve.

Dr. Whiteman was a guest surgeon and lecturer at the 44th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (CSAPS) in Toronto, during which he received an award for his contributions to the world of cosmetic surgery.

Laser Lights was honored to once again be named Best Laser Hair Removal Facility in Best Self Magazine’s “Best of 2017” contest. We would like to thank our amazing staff, patients, and everyone else who helped make this award possible!

We launched a Southern Plastic Surgery Instagram account to help provide our patients with a little more access to Dr. Whiteman and everything going on at Southern Plastic Surgery and Laser Lights including exclusive photos, videos, and info on special promotional offers.

Four of our Southern Plastic Surgery interns, Tiffany, CC, Jim, and Jeremia completed their internship programs with Dr. Whiteman. We can’t wait to see where their careers in medicine and cosmetic surgery go from here!

We made numerous media appearances including Dr. Whiteman appearing on an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Bravo. Just recently, our Laser Lights practice administrator Jackie Madison and licensed medical aesthetician, Emily Hutchinson were featured on Women on the Move with Kim McNair.

2017 was a big year here at Southern Plastic Surgery and we have even higher hopes for 2018. We will continue to seek out new procedures and treatments to help provide our patients with as many options as possible to achieve the aesthetic change they desire. So, from the whole Southern Plastic Surgery and Laser Lights family, we would like to once again thank our patients and wish them all a happy and healthy New Year.
