3 cups of fresh spinach (cut stems)
1 Tbsp of crumbled goat cheese
6 sliced fresh strawberries
½ cup of fresh blueberries

 

Homemade Organic Raspberry Vinaigrette:

¼ cup of raspberry vinegar
1 ½ Tbsp of honey
½ cup of fresh red raspberries
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions for salad dressing: First combine raspberry vinegar, honey, and raspberries, then slowly add in extra virgin olive oil and mix together.
