Reducing the waistline is one of the most common reasons for patients to seek out cosmetic surgery. The waist can be a tricky area for many people who are unsatisfied with their appearance. Even adults who are in good physical shape may experience a round, sagging belly that affects the size and appearance of their waistline. And while there are different approaches to this aesthetic concern, I have developed a unique technique known as the Scarpa fascia tummy tuck to help my patients attain the trimmer waistline they desire.
Tummy tuck surgery is often used to help people who seek a firmer, flatter abdominal area. During the procedure I am able to remove loose, excess skin and tighten the underlying abdominal muscles that are responsible for the appearance of a “belly pooch”. My signature Scarpa fascia tummy tuck method is specifically designed to help patients narrow their waistline and abdominal area. This surgical method involves preserving the Scarpa Fascia (a layer of the anterior abdominal wall) to help patients who experience noticeable bulging around the waistline and abdomen. In my experience, the patient satisfaction rate following this procedure is exceedingly high thanks to the outstanding results it is able to provide.
Check out the following video, where I explain and illustrate how my Scarpa fascia tummy tuck method can help patients who wish to achieve a more trim, shapely waistline:
